Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ. For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight. In love he predestined us for adoption to sonship through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will — to the praise of his glorious grace, which he has freely given us in the One he loves. In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace that he lavished on us.
When we are made new by God, we are immediately loved, forgiven, accepted, adopted, chosen, blessed (with every spiritual blessing), the Father’s delight, redeemed, spiritually rich, included, saved, secure, reconciled to God, an heir, God’s possession and so much more!
In this series, we aim to help Christ-followers better understand some of the amazing IDENTITY that becomes ours when we put our faith in Christ.
The IDENTITY series is a standalone course but is also the third part of a trilogy of 6- week series which includes GIFTED and PURPOSE – which is also right here on our website.
If we, as Christ-followers, can live in the radical centre where our purpose, gifting, and identity overlap, then we are living in the sweet spot of what God has for us.
